2001 – Converted from Pvt Ltd., to Limited Company

2002 – Started Cochin and Coimbatore Branch

2003 – Started Branch at Pondicherry

2005 – Started Tirpur & Calicut Branch

2012 – Entered Joint venture with SG Holdings

2012 – Converted from Limited to Private Limited company
